Sponsorship & Exhibiting
The Minnesota Society of Professional Surveyors invites you to exhibit at our 2018 Annual Meeting. This year’s meeting will be held at Marriott Minneapolis Northwest on February 14-16, 2018.
Now, more than ever, it’s important to maximize your time and funds by attending this meeting and having contact with 300 to 400 Minnesota surveyors and related professionals under one roof.
Exhibiting at the MSPS Annual Meeting is a great opportunity to meet with your current customers and prospects from throughout the state of Minnesota. Each year the Society continues to work on ways to increase traffic in the exhibit hall. We have once again scheduled the “vendor reception” that has been so successful the past few years. We also have daily registration rates so surveyors who might not be able to attend the entire event will be able to attend just one day. This adds to the traffic throughout the exhibit hall.

Booth Specifications
Exhibit booths will be 8’ by 10’, and will include 8-foot
back drapes, with 3-foot draped side rails. Booths include:
- 6 foot skirted table
- Two chairs
- Wastebasket
- Booth header signage with company name
Important Dates & Times
New Schedule for Exhibitor Hall and Annual Meeting. Exhibit hall will open Wednesday night and close at Noon on Friday.
Wednesday, February 14
- 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. – Booth Setup
- 4:50 to 7:30 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Opens and Ice Breaker
Thursday, February 15
- 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Open
- 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. – Exhibit Reception and MLS Foundation Auction
Friday, February 16
- 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Exhibit Hall Open
- After 12:00 p.m. – Teardown
- PLEASE NOTE: All exhibits are to remain intact until 12:00 p.m.
Booths and Sponsorship will be reserved upon
payment on a first-come, firstserved basis. The
meeting schedule includes open times for attendees
to visit the exhibits, and coffee and refreshments will
be served in the exhibit area to assure your booths
are well attended. In addition, the MLS Foundation’s
auction will be held in the exhibit hall. A layout plan of
the available booth spaces appears on the right of the
following page.
Exhibitor kits will be sent closer to the date of the
meeting, and will include forms for ordering electricity
and additional furniture or items for your booth.
Please place your order early to ensure your choice of
booth space. Use the reservation form on page three
to indicate your top three choices for booth space.
Placement will be determined on a first-come, firstserved
basis.

Exhibit Rates
The exhibit fee includes your booth and up to two representatives to staff it. Additional representatives are $100 each.
